Grow Your Knowledge – that is the theme for this year’s Women’s Health Week.

BreastScreen SA is once again a proud community partner of Women’s Health Week, organised by Jean Hailes for Women’s Health.

The nation-wide campaign is Australia’s biggest event dedicated to women's health.

Women’s Health Week helps women grow their knowledge to make informed decisions about their health. Get the facts on health checks, pain, hormones, health in the workplace and nutrition.

This year’s Women’s Health Week topics are:

Day 1: Check me out – your guide to women's health checks
Day 2: Pain drain – pain conditions and how to cope
Day 3: Hello hormones – from PMS to perimenopause and beyond
Day 4: Making it work – tackling women's health in the workplace
Day 5: Food for thought – healthy eating for better living

Visit our Women's Health Week hub! We've curated each day's topic and tips, connecting you to information and resources to grow your knowledge.

Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for more content across the week.

Women's Health Week runs from 4 to 8 September. To find out more, go to www.womenshealthweek.com.au
