Clinical modules are held at BreastScreen SA’s Mammography Education Centre, which is located within the University of South Australia (UniSA) City East Campus. This comprehensive clinical training week is conducted on a one-to-one basis, under the direct supervision of a specialist mammography educator. An example program is available below.
The syllabus has been developed to meet the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy, ASMIRT educational requirements of a clinical component of the ASMIRT Certificate of Mammographic Practice.
